Welcome to the newly updated and enhanced AT&T Secure Family®. Secure Family is a comprehensive locator and parental controls app designed to assist parents or guardians in safeguarding their children. It offers a range of features including real-time location tracking with safety alerts, screen time control, content blocking, website and app usage tracking, and the ability to locate a lost phone. Secure Family is exclusively available for AT&T Wireless customers.

Keeping track of your family has never been easier with Secure Family:

• Track the real-time location of your family members on the Family Map and view their location history.
• Receive notifications when your child enters or exits designated areas that you've saved.
• Get Check-In notifications from your family members to stay connected.

Control your child's screen time and block unwanted content with Secure Family:

• Block specific apps and restrict website content using age range filters.
• Set limits on daily internet access with scheduled screen time limits.
• Disable internet access entirely if needed.
• Manage and monitor web and app usage on your child's devices.

Ensure the safety of your family and reward positive behavior:

• Cultivate healthy digital habits for your children.
• Reward good behavior with extra screen time for your child.
• Your child can send an SOS Alert to all family members in case of an emergency.
• The dual parent or guardian admin feature supports co-parenting needs.

The AT&T Secure Family service is available free of charge for the first 30 days. After the initial trial period, a monthly fee of $7.99 will be automatically billed (which includes support for up to 10 family members and a total of 30 devices). The service will auto-renew every 30 days unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime. To make use of the AT&T Secure Family service, you will need to download two apps: the AT&T Secure Family App for adults, parents, or guardians, and the AT&T Secure Family Companion App for children.

The AT&T Secure Family® App ($7.99/mo.) enables parents to locate their family members' devices, including their children's, and manage their screen time and content access online.

AT&T Secure Family Companion App:

AT&T Secure Family is designed to work alongside the AT&T Secure Family Companion, a free app available in the App Store. Install it on your child's device, pair it with your own device, and enjoy access to all the features of Secure Family.

• View, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime within the app.
• AT&T does not provide credits or refunds for partial months.

• Continued use of GPS running in the background can reduce battery life.
• Please note that there is a compatibility conflict that may prevent the addition of AT&T Secure Family Companion to your child's companion device if you have AT&T ActiveArmor Advanced Mobile Security installed on the same device. To proceed with the purchase, you must either remove AT&T ActiveArmor Advanced Mobile Security from your account or downgrade to AT&T ActiveArmor Mobile Security on the companion device before adding AT&T Secure Family Companion.
